I'm still alive and doing well.
I thought that I could fly to L.A., take care of some business and then move on, but it has taken longer than I thought, especially dealing with the IRS. I'll hopefully continue my traveling soon.

Glad to hear you're alive. We were worried about you.
You know we've never understood how you could afford a multi-year world tour. Now you're flying back to deal with the IRS (a phrase almost too awful to type).
You're a man of mystery too us. But we are very glad you're safe.
